Registration fees

€600 + 19% VAT = €714.00 Early bird delegate (register before June 30, 2010)

€350 + 19% VAT = €416.50 Student delegate¹

€70 + 19% VAT = €83.30 Gala dinner tickets @

¹Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from the student’s head of department attesting to student status.

Registration fee includes:

• Access to conference sessions and poster area
• Abstract book available at the conference and conference documentation
• Lunch and mid-session refreshments as scheduled in the conference programme
• Welcome reception

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by July 23, 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by August 6, 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after August 6, 2010, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
